Dr. Srisuda Chongsithiphol
Founder & Director
Dr. Srisuda brings over 40 years of expertise in international education, academic leadership, and professional development. Her career spans Thailand’s leading universities and extends across Asia, Australia, and North America.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Accounting from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Accounting with First Class Honors from Thammasat University.
Dr. Srisuda has served as Assistant to the President, Dean of Business Administration at Bangkok University, and developed dual-degree program with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (USA), and as Dean of the College of Management at the University of Phayao. At Naresuan University, she developed dual-degree programs with Southern Cross University (Australia).
She has directed government-funded training programs for professionals from Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka, and designed executive programs for multinationals entering Thailand. Appointed by the Prime Minister to the National Research Council of Thailand, she also serves as an independent director and audit committee member on two publicly-listed company boards.
At BITC, Dr. Srisuda applies this experience to design tailored, results-driven programs for individuals and organizations succeeding across borders.
