Your journey to international education starts here. BITC guides Thai students through every step — from first consultation to arriving at your university abroad.

The 10 Steps

Step 1 — Consultation  (12–18 months before)

Meet our advisors to discuss your goals, preferred destinations, and budget. We’ll build a personalised plan and timeline.

Step 2 — University Selection  (10–12 months before)

We research and shortlist 5–8 universities that match your academic profile, program, and career goals.

Step 3 — Test Preparation  (9–12 months before)

Prepare for required tests: TOEFL/IELTS for English proficiency, plus SAT/ACT (undergraduate) or GRE/GMAT (graduate) as needed.

Step 4 — Application Materials  (6–10 months before)

We help you write your personal statement, gather recommendation letters, prepare your CV, and translate and certify Thai documents.

Step 5 — Submit Applications  (6–9 months before)

Submit through the relevant system — Common App (USA), UCAS (UK), or direct university portals (Australia, Canada, Europe).

Step 6 — Scholarship Applications  (6–10 months before)

Apply for government, university, and private scholarships simultaneously with your university applications.

Step 7 — Review Offers  (3–6 months before)

Receive and compare admission offers, review financial aid packages, and confirm your place with an enrolment deposit.

Step 8 — Student Visa  (2–4 months before)

We guide you through the visa application — documents, financial proof, and embassy interview preparation.

Step 9 — Pre-Departure  (1–2 months before)

Book flights, arrange accommodation, attend our pre-departure orientation, and prepare all essential documents.

Step 10 — Arrival & Settlement  (Upon arrival)

Attend university orientation, register for courses, open a local bank account, and settle in.
