Dr. Srisuda Chongsithiphol
Founder & Director
Dr. Srisuda Chongsithiphol brings more than four decades of expertise in international education, academic leadership, and professional development to Bangkok International Training Center. Her career spans some of Thailand’s most distinguished universities and reaches across Asia, Australia, and North America — giving her a depth of global perspective that is rare in the field.
Dr. Srisuda holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Accounting from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Accounting with First Class Honours from Thammasat University. This foundation in international finance and business has informed every programme she has designed and every institution she has led.
Her professional record reflects sustained leadership at the highest levels. She has served as Dean of Business Administration at both Bangkok University and Siam University, and as Dean of the College of Management at the University of Phayao. At Naresuan University, she directed the Bangkok Center and developed dual-degree programmes in collaboration with Southern Cross University in Australia and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the United States — expanding international access for Thai students at a time when such pathways were scarce.
Dr. Srisuda has directed government-funded training programmes for professionals from Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka, and has designed executive development programmes for multinational corporations preparing to operate in Thailand. Recognised nationally for her contributions to education policy, she was appointed to the National Research Council of Thailand by the Prime Minister. She currently serves as an independent director and audit committee member on the boards of two publicly-listed companies.
At Bangkok International Training Center, Dr. Srisuda applies this experience to develop tailored, results-driven programmes for individuals and organisations seeking to succeed across borders.
