Dr. Thana Chongsithiphol brings to Bangkok International Training Center an uncommon combination of rigorous academic training and frontline corporate experience across some of the world’s most demanding industries.
His academic credentials are extensive. Dr. Thana holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Naresuan University, an MBA in Marketing from Bangkok University, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Naresuan University — a breadth of study that bridges business strategy, marketing, and institutional development.
Before entering the field of international education, Dr. Thana built his professional foundation at Nestlé and GlaxoSmithKline, where he worked in key account management and marketing strategy. This grounding in global consumer and pharmaceutical markets gave him a commercial sharpness and customer-focused discipline that he has carried into every role since.
He subsequently managed international education programmes at a senior level, including the dual-degree partnership between Southern Cross University in Australia and Naresuan University, and government-funded training programmes for officials from Bhutan and business professionals from Japan.
At Bangkok International Training Center, Dr. Thana leads brand strategy, student recruitment, corporate partnerships, and digital marketing. Drawing on research-driven insights, cross-cultural intelligence, and a deep understanding of professional learners, he is responsible for positioning BITC as Thailand’s foremost provider of international education and professional development — connecting the institution’s programmes with the individuals and organisations that need them most.
