Step 2: Initial Review & Consultation

Within 5 business days, our team will:

  • Review your application materials
  • Contact you to schedule an initial consultation (video call or in-person)
  • Discuss your career objectives, preferred industries, and internship duration
  • Answer your questions about the program
Step 3: Placement Matching

Based on your profile and preferences, we will:

  • Identify suitable internship opportunities from our partner organizations
  • Provide detailed information about potential placements
  • Present 2-3 matched opportunities for your consideration
Step 4: Interview Coordination

Once you select preferred positions:

  • We arrange interviews with host organizations
  • Provide interview preparation guidance
  • Coordinate scheduling across time zones if needed
Step 5: Placement Confirmation

After successful interviews:

  • Receive formal internship offer letter
  • Review and sign internship agreement
  • Confirm program fees and payment schedule
Step 6: Pre-Arrival Support

We assist with:

  • Visa application and work permit processing
  • Travel arrangements and accommodation options
  • Cultural orientation materials
  • Pre-departure checklist
Step 7: Arrival & Orientation

Upon arrival in Thailand:

  • Airport pickup (optional service)
  • Orientation session covering practical living information
  • Introduction to your host organization
  • Ongoing support throughout your internship

Regular Intake: We accept applications year-round

Processing Time: 4-8 weeks from application submission to placement confirmation

Recommended Timeline: Apply at least 3 months before your desired start date to allow time for visa processing

Application Requirements

Academic: Currently enrolled university students (minimum 2nd year) or recent graduates (within 12 months)

Language: English proficiency required (TOEFL/IELTS scores helpful but not mandatory)

Duration: Minimum 2 months commitment

Eligibility: Must be eligible for appropriate visa/work permit in Thailand
