Mr. Mohammad Saabir Kasenally

Mr. Saabir Kasenally brings extensive international experience in tertiary education management and quality assurance to Bangkok International Training Center, with a unique perspective shaped by his work across Mauritius, France, England, and Australia.
With a Bachelor of Law from the University of Wolverhampton (England), a postgraduate diploma in Management of Organizations and Human Resources from the University of Bordeaux IV (France), and specialized training at TAFE Western Australia, Mr. Saabir possesses deep expertise in international education systems and cross-border academic recognition.
His 16-year career at Mauritius’ Tertiary Education Commission—including serving as Acting Officer in Charge—provided him with comprehensive knowledge of education quality assurance, institutional accreditation, and international qualification recognition.
As Secretary & Head of Administration, he managed strategic relationships with government ministries, public and private tertiary institutions, and international education bodies.
Mr. Saabir’s earlier experience as Secretary General at Institut Supérieur de Technologie and full-time lecturer further strengthened his understanding of both administrative operations and academic program delivery. His work establishing training partnerships between educational institutions and private enterprises aligns perfectly with BITC’s mission to connect students with real-world opportunities.
Fluent in English and French, Mr. Saabir advises on program quality standards, international partnership development, and accreditation matters—ensuring that Bangkok International Training Center maintains the highest standards of excellence recognized globally.
